‘Entourage’ Re-cap: “Hair”

Posted by Jon Wiener on August 9, 2010

Before I begin, I should probably report that next season will be the final season for Entourage.  I’ll wait until you’re done crying……..okay, I’m sure you’re fine.  Okay, onto the re-cap…

It seems as if lately, Entourage has been naming their episodes based on the least interesting aspect of the gang’s lives.  This week, the focus is oddly on Turtle…

Turtle: Turtle is making progress with his Mexican lady-friend.  He is shocked, however, when he discovers that she has absolutely no pubic hair.  This renders him stupefied, resulting in sub-par performance in the sack.  The two try again (don’t worry, my friends) as they ride high on the future success of “Avion”, their poorly-named tequila company.  Speaking of tequila…

Vince (and Sasha): Vince just may have the highest salary in his life coming his way, but the studio is very concerned about his drinking and general behavior.  Turns out Turtle accidentally uploaded a racy video to Vince’s twitter account, which has over a million followers, though I’m sure that it would be an awful twitter feed if it were real.  Sasha’s been no help either, in case you were wondering.  At the end of this week’s episode, we’re left with a naked and (possibly) dead Vince laying by the pool.  Speaking of dead…

Billy Walsh: Our good friend & awful director, Billy is back in town and THIS time, he’s looking for E.  Not THAT kind, he’s been clean and sober for two years and wants to get back in the game.  He needs E’s help to help him find work.  He’ll do ANYTHING.  He actually has a bit of an idea that could benefit a friend.  He thinks that Johnny Drama would do well in animation.  So yeah, Johnny Drama…

Johnny Drama: He’s been crazy down on himself for being out of work for 6 months and the network is being NO help.  Johnny has resorted to drinking, but Billy may be the light at the end of his tunnel.  And he’s right – Johnny is not a pretty guy, but he’s got a fantastic voice.  So I guess it all falls on the help of little Eric Murphy…

E: Things are peachy at the office for E.  He and Scott received the amazing offer for Vince to star in Airwalker, but that could be a moot point if Vince is dead.  Before the possible death scare, these guys paraded their good news to Ari’s office.  Speaking of Ari…

Ari: This guy is TERRIFIED that rival agent Lizzie and her team of Anti-Ari she-agents will defame him beyond belief.  After offering her a million dollars, Lizzie admits that she isn’t planning to sue him for sexual harassment, so that’s a relief…I guess.

Well, I guess that’s about it.  Next week should be interesting considering Vince may be lifeless.
